We have adopted the following privacy policy for how Precision collects and receives information related to your use of the Precision web site or the Precision ad serving technology by us or on behalf of our clients.

Precision may obtain the following types of non-personally identifiable information from users and subscribers:

Site Usage Data
We collect non-identifiable information to measure how our users and subscribers use our clients’ web sites. This information may include statistics about the numbers and timing of unique visits to our clients’ sites, repeat visits, and which pages are viewed. 

IP Address Data
We may use IP addresses to analyze trends, administer the site, track user’s movement, and gather broad demographic information for aggregate use. IP addresses are not linked to personally identifiable information.   

Operating System and Web Browser Data
We may collect information pertaining to the type of operating system and web browser you are using and other non-personally identifiable technical specification information to prevent the attempt to deliver advertising that may not work on your computer.

Precision may make available to our clients your non-personal information to better target their advertisements, for aggregate collection and reporting for clients and their partners and for the improvement of our ad serving system. In addition, we may combine anonymous information collected using our ad serving technology with that of third parties and partners for ad targeting and behavior modeling purposes. This information may also be disclosed in describing our web sites and services to prospective business partners and other third parties.

Precision also reserves the right to disclose information as required by law, or to the extent that we believe in good faith that such disclosure is legally required or necessary to protect others’ rights or property, or as to take action regarding Precision’s terms of use.

Cookies
Precision does use anonymous “cookies” to gather information about your web browser and your web surfing to determine the most relevant advertisements to deliver to your browser.  Cookies are small files that web sites send to your Internet browser for storage on your computer’s hard drive that are used by web sites to recognize a computer they have encountered before.  Our cookie does not include your name or anything personal to you.  It simply tells us that we have encountered your computer at some prior point.

Third Party Cookies
In the course of serving advertisements to our clients’ sites, the client’s third-party advertisers may place or recognize a unique "cookie" on your browser. Uses of the cookie may include:

1. Keeping track of how many times we have served an advertiser’s banner to a particular user.

A Web beacon, sometimes called single pixel gif, is a piece of HTML code placed onto a Web page or into an advertisement. When your Web browser loads a Web page or an advertisement is displayed, and a Web beacon is present, it sends a request to Precision’s servers. Our clients employ our beacons on Web pages and in advertisements to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, to show specific advertisements to visitors based on anonymous data present in their cookie and to determine the usage pattern of ad viewers that visit their Web pages or those of their partners. The data collected is anonymous and is returned to our servers for processing and reporting.

Spyware or Adware
These terms refer to applications that are downloaded to your computer. These types of applications deliver ads (usually in the form of pop-up type ads) based on your web usage. We do not participate in any way with spyware or adware applications, and we do not download these types (or any types) of applications without your expressed acceptance. Cookies and .swf files are not spyware or adware, and they are not harmful to your computer.

What We Won't Do
We do not engage in the collection, distribution, sale or use of personally identifiable information about web users, such as email address, name, phone number and street address. We do not conduct individual web user "profiling". We do not deliver or install “spyware” or any other software on your computer to monitor your web use.

Links to non-PRECISION websites
The Precision website may provide links to third-party websites for your convenience and information. If you access those links, you will leave the Precision website. Precision does not control those sites or their privacy practices, which may differ from Precision 's practices. We do not endorse or make any representations about third-party websites. The personal data you choose to provide to or that is collected by these third parties is not covered by the Precision Privacy Policy.
